Well wouldn't you know it - the first project we did with the National Film Board won a Gemini award! The Test Tube with David Suzuki snagged the award for Best Original Program or Series produced for Digital Media - Non Fiction. That's not only a mouthful, but a huge honour for us!

We thought it was pretty cool to be on the list of nominees. Turns out we were right, it was pretty cool. What was even cooler and more surprising though, was winning. Thanks to everyone who chipped in to make the project a success!

People like us (and not just our moms!)

Projects (and People) that have been tearing up the award shows

Our very own Kris McLaughlin (Goaltender / Technical Director) was named Developer of the Universe (OK, Developer of the Year) at the CNMA awards this past December. We think he's pretty great too.

Our lovely and talented art director Tyler Kealey was nominated as Interactive Designer of the Year at those same awards (an award that was won by Nate way back when people used CD's, so we're not sure if that still really counts) and the project we did for the NFB with David Suzuki won Community Campaign of the Year. The Test Tube also won an FWA, a Pixel and a Communication Arts Interactive Award (just sayin' in case you were wondering).

One of our favourite projects last year was Cliff your Ride for Autotrader Canada. We worked on it with Toronto agency john st. That project just won an Applied Arts Interactive Award for best Integrated Campaign - we're pretty stoked on that as you can imagine.

Have a flick through our work section - you can see all the projects mentioned above. Make up your own mind as to whether they were deserving or not, but if you express any doubt - remember, we have your IP address. Ha!

Cadbury wins FWA

We love fun illustration!

The Cadbury "One for me, One for you" website has won an FWA award! Now that is sweet like chocolate. Is that a lame joke? I don't even care.
